#119 - 1v1 Rule overview (July 30, 2023): No changes

No changes.

Explanation:

During our biyearly rule overview we have discussed many different topics:

• Life totals and commander damage.

• Allowing commons and/or planeswalkers as commanders.

• Bans (including commanders and cards in the 99).

• Stickers.

Even though every change had its proponents, ultimately none of them received enough votes to pass.

We all however agreed that nothing is in dire need of change and there are no alarming signals as far as the format's health goes. For now we are continuing to observe the metagame.

We would also like to inform you that Pan Patek and Ieioroma were no longer able to participate in our discussions and thus aren't a part of the 1v1 rules committee anymore. This is the current list of our members:
